The purpose of this memorandum is to request actual expenditures of Part B (Title VI-B) pass-through funds for the period beginning July 1, 1999, and ending December 31, 1999. Also, please provide an estimate of expenditures of Part B funds for the months of January through June. Districts approved for a Part B grant will receive a form from the Special Education Office listing the cash-on-hand balance from June 30, 1999 and funds received from July through December 1999. On the form, please provide the requested information on lines three and four. This information will be used to determine the payment of Part B funds each district will receive for the remainder of the school year. This report is required for all districts who will receive Part B funds for the 1999-2000 school year. This report must be received no later than January 14, 2000. Send completed reports to:

If your district's Part B application has not been processed, your mid-year report will be sent at a later date. If your district's Part B funds are credited to a cooperative or lead district, you will not receive a mid-year report.
