The "ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF THE RESULTS OF THE ARKANSAS NORM-REFERENCED TESTING PROGRAM SCHOOL YEARS 1987-1988 through 1999-2000" is being sent through mass mail. Additionally, the statewide results are also included in the mailing. Students in grades 5, 7, and 10, were administered the Stanford Achievement Test, Ninth Edition, September 13-23, 1999.
