. a demonstrated relationship to Arkansas Department of Education curriculum frameworks
. an emphasis on activities at the building or classroom level

The next deadline for applications is March 1, 2000. Other scheduled deadlines are April 1, May 1, July 1, August 1, and November 1, 2000.
