The 1999-2000 Title I Demographic Data Collection Report has two significant changes:
1.Some of the requested information in previous years will be supplied by other reports gathered in the department to avoid as much duplication of information as possible.
2.Assessment data will be reported by district for Grades 5, 7, and 10 rather than by individual schools.
With these changes, hopefully, the report will be easier and quicker to complete.
There is a paper attachment to this memo and it will be delivered in the next bulk mail. The report should be submitted to the Title I Office by March 30, 2000, to:
