The purpose of this memorandum is to provide public notice that the Arkansas Department of Education, Special Education Unit will hold a public hearing on the proposed Regulations to Implement the Appropriation for Educational Services for Students in Youth Shelters. A public hearing is scheduled as follows: Date: Monday, April 10th Time: 10:00 AM -- 12:00 Noon Where: Auditorium, AR School for the Blind, 2600 W.
