The purpose of this memorandum is to provide public notice that the Arkansas Department of Health, Division of CD/Immunization, will hold a public hearing on the proposed revisions to the Rules and Regulations Pertaining to Kindergarten Through 12th Grade Immunization Requirements. A public hearing is scheduled as follows:

A copy of the proposed revisions to these rules and regulations is attached for review.
