Please be advised that Section 69 of Act 1078 of 1999 requires that, beginning July 1, 2000, a valid copy of the the teacher's certificate of each teacher and administrator must be registered with the office of the county clerk . The Act also requires that a copy of the teaching contract be filed with the county clerk along wih the license.
