The attachment below is a final copy of the Arkansas Department of Education's Emergency Amendments to Rules and Regulations Governing Certification Laws and Regulations. These emergency regulations were approved by the State Board of Education at it's meeting on August 14, 2000, and reviewed, with no objections, by the Arkansas Legislative Council's Administrative Rules and Regulations Subcommittee on September 7, 2000, and the full council on September 15, 2000. These emergency regulations are effective for only 120 days. They became effective on August 14th and are repealed as of the end of the day on December 11, 2000.
