The instructions and forms for the 2000-2001 Title I Annual Financial Report are attached. The instructions are in Microsoft Word. The forms are in Microsoft Excel and will automatically perform calculations when data is entered. Copy the forms to your computer. After the report is completed save both the computer file and a paper copy for the auditor to review.
