Please find attached final copies of the Rules and Regulations to Require a Uniform Grading Scale for Non-Traditional High School Courses with Ark. Code Ann. 6-11-105 and Ark. Code Ann. 6-15-902, and the Rules and Regulations to Require a Comprehensive Plan for Consistency and Rigor in Course Work with Ark. Code Ann. 6-11-1105 and Ark. Code Ann. 6-15-1501. These rules and regulations were approved by the State Board of Education at its January 14, 2002, meeting and have been properly filed.
