The instructions and forms for the 2001-2002 Title I Annual Financial Report are attached. The instructions are in Microsoft Word. The forms are in Microsoft Excel and will automatically perform calculations when data is entered. The tabs in the bottom left hand corner allow you to access Sheet 1 and Sheet 2 of the report. The forms should be downloaded to a computer. After the report is completed, the computer file and a paper copy should be saved for the auditor to review.
