Attached to this Director’s Memo is an Excel Spreadsheet that provides revised allocation tables for the formula grant programs under No Child Left Behind. This reallocation became necessary when it was determined that Title I data received from the U.S. Department of Education was flawed. These allocations totally replace information that was attached to Director's Memo SI-03-005.

Please note that the various program allocations can be accessed from the spreadsheet by clicking on the title, which is located on the lower left portion of the screen.
