Attached are instructions and application forms for the reimbursement of educational costs associated with disabled and nondisabled students in approved residential treatment facilities. During Fiscal Year 2002-03, the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) will reimburse school districts for eligible in-state placements at the rate of $50.00 per day.
To facilitate timely reimbursements, school districts should take note to accurately complete the required documentation and to submit requests within the established quarterly deadlines.
