This memo contains an attachment for the 2001-2002 Dwight D. Eisenhower Professional Development Program Closeout Evaluation Form to report activities and expenditures from the 2001-2002 grant year. The grant completion date was September 30, 2002. Recipients must submit, within 90 calendar days after the date of completion of the award, all financial, performance, and other reports as required by terms and conditions of the award. All funds obligated as of September 30, 2002, must be spent by November 28, 2002. Recipients will mail or hand deliver the Final Closeout Evaluation Report to Roy Barnes at the address specified in this memo notice by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, December 30, 2002.

after-the-award requirements that must be followed by grant recipients of the Dwight D. Eisenhower Professional Development Program, Title II of the Improving America’s Schools Act. Please read these program procedures and requirements carefully.
