Attached is the Title I Quarterly Report of Cash Distribution for the third quarter. This form is in Excel format and will automatically perform the required calculations. Copy it from the Director’s Communication to the computer of the person responsible for completing the form.
After the report is completed, save the report to the computer for the district files and send a copy to Ms. Patsy Hammond. Do not try to e-mail the report directly from the Director’s Communication site. It will not transmit correctly. Save it to the district computer before trying to e-mail. If the report is sent by fax or e-mail, it is not necessary to provide a copy by regular mail.

Funding for the third quarter of the Title I program will begin when verification is received from School Improvement that Title I documents are in order and the Title I Third Quarterly Report of Cash Distribution is received.
