The instructions and forms for the 2002-2003 Title I Annual Financial Report are attached. The instructions are in Microsoft Word. The forms are in Microsoft Excel and will automatically perform calculations when data is entered. The tabs in the bottom left hand corner allow you to access Sheet 1 and Sheet 2 of the report. The forms should be downloaded to a computer. After the report is completed, the computer file and a paper copy should be saved for the auditor to review.
Remember the Title I budget changed in 2002-2003 to show “School Level Costs” and “District Level Set Aside Moneys”. Some Budget Function Codes are included in both parts of the budget. Please be sure to report expenditures as budgeted.
