Attached is a preliminary calculation of the distribution of State Foundation Funding Aid and Professional Development Aid for school year 2005.
These calculations are in compliance with Act 59 of the Second Extraordinary Session of 2003 and the proposed “Rules Governing the Distribution of State Foundation Funding Aid and Student Special Needs Funding for Fiscal Year 2005”. However, the “Miscellaneous Funds” data has not been updated from current year. These numbers will change when the 2005 data is compiled. It is also possible that these calculations will change if substantial changes are made to the proposed Rules.
The Department will publish the first official funding distribution in a printout to be available in mid-July.
