The Department has completed the 40% Pullback calculation for calendar year 2005 property taxes. The report is attached.

As a reminder, eight districts that were consolidated or annexed under Act 60 of the Second Extraordinary Session of 2003 have not voted a unified millage rate. Separate millage rates and pullback calculations for these districts are shown on this report. Please read the notes on the report for further details.
