Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated § 25-15-201 et seq., notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Commission on Public School Academic Facilities & Transportation and the Arkansas Division of Public School Academic Facilities & Transportation is considering the promulgation of rules – Amendment to Rules Governing the Transitional Academic Facilities Program.

A public hearing will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, February 16, 2006, in the Auditorium of the Arkansas Department of Education at #4 Capitol Mall, Little Rock, AR 72201.

Written comments should be mailed to Doug Eaton, Director, Arkansas Division of Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation, 501 Woodlane Street, Suite 600, Little Rock, AR 72201 by February 20, 2006. Questions or inquiries should be directed to Doug Eaton at 501-682-4261.
