Federal law and regulations require that public school districts must comply with requirements regarding procurement of goods and services and that districts must disburse Title 1 funds in accordance with state policies and procedures. To assist public school districts in maintaining appropriate control and oversight in the procurement process, the following Procurement Guidelines are provided as an attachment.
