Act 937 of 2009 amended the appeals procedures governing Division decisions and established Ar. Code Ann. § 6-20-2516 regulating the formation and procedures of the Facility Review Board.
The code states the membership of the board and authorizes the board to hear appeals of Division decisions regarding programs under Chapter 20 of the code.
Pursuant to their authority, the board has established Appeal and Hearing Procedures which are attached hereto. These procedures outline the parameters of appeal submissions and the procedures governing the conduct of the hearings. These procedures became effective upon ratification of the board on February 26, 2010.
